By signing the Mind the STEM Gap Manifesto, I support the principles expressed therein. I am aware of the extent to which language, cultural stereotypes, behavioural models, play and cognitive development influence access to knowledge. I hope that continuous education and an ever-greater commitment by everyone who, like me, is part of an extended educating community will encourage free access to the scientific disciplines and professions.
